The Pregnancy Plan

Our prenatal plan is a 40 week progressive program built to support you across all three trimesters with training that evolves as your body does.
3 x workouts per week
2 x strength based workouts
1 x full body Pilates class
Optional weekly sessions:
1 x pelvic floor class

The Postnatal Plan

Our 12 week postnatal plan starts with reconnection, breath, pelvic floor, and deep core control for 6 weeks before progressing into full body strength and mobility for the following 6 weeks.
