Sounds, great! How do I get involved?

Simply subscribe to our SHREDDY app to join our huge community of SHREDDERS to get involved! Enrolment opens on Monday 7th of October and the challenge kicks off on Monday 14th October

How do I enrol in the challenge?

Enrolment opens on Monday 7th of October and the challenge kicks off on Monday 14th October. Download and sign up for the SHREDDY app and then head to the challenge tab. Simply click on ENROL NOW to get involved.

When does the challenge start?

The challenge starts on Monday 14th October. You can enrol in the challenge from Monday 7th October and try a range of our workouts within the app before the official start date.

What prizes can I win?

We will be giving away insane weekly prizes from a month's rent to a pair of brand-new headphones, AND this time there will be 3 winners every week! To be in with a chance to win all you have to do is complete our weekly mini challenges. Simply tag us on social media with a weekly challenge for your chance to win!

What are the weekly mini-challenges?

​​Each week you'll have the chance to win amazing prizes by completing our mini challenges. Our mini challenges could be anything from hitting your step count daily to getting your greens in for the week. All you have to do is complete the mini-challenge and tag us with evidence @shreddy on Instagram (or DM us!)

Is this challenge suitable for beginners?

Yes of course! The guide is designed for you to challenge yourself at your own level. The speed/weights used/rest taken is all up to you.

Can I take part in this challenge from home or is it gym only?

This challenge is designed for anyone to be able to take part, regardless of where you prefer to workout! When enrolling you will be able to pick between the home or the gym guide so you can do whichever is best suited for you and your preferences.
